My Review

A Family for the Orphans, by Heidi Main, is a western, contemporary romance that is entertaining and enjoyable. Filled with friends, faith, and family, this book is quite engaging and uplifting.

A horse farm with scenic acreage provides the essential setting and necessary motivations for the characters in this book as they reevaluate their goals, recognize their insecurities, face their fears, and nurture their faith. Page after page, these characters are authentic and vulnerable. Their hopes, concerns, and desires are real and moving. They are certainly relatable, and their story is compelling.

With themes focused around faith and family, A Family for the Orphans is a special novel. Filled with hope, uncertainty, courage, compassion, resiliency, trust, and second chances it is genuinely endearing. I am happy to recommend it.

About the Author: Heidi Main

Bestselling author Heidi Main writes sweet inspirational romance novels set in small towns. She lives in the central North Carolina’s suburbs, but dreams of acreage and horseback riding, which is probably why her novels include wide-open ranches and horses.

Heidi worked in the computer field, then owned a Jazzercise franchise, before she began her writing career. She loves to take walks, garden, play board games, curl up with a good book, and watch HGTV. A perfect Saturday is lounging on the deck with her husband and watching the many birds in their backyard.” --Biography from Heidi Main’s biography page on heidimain.com.
